Getting hired shouldn’t depend on who you know.

Every company hires a little differently. What a hiring manager at one company looks for in a resume, how their interviews are run, what “a strong answer” sounds like there: none of it is written down. People with a friend inside learn it over coffee. Everyone else guesses.

Generic advice doesn’t close that gap. Resume templates, interview question lists and online courses tell you what works in general. They can’t tell you what works at the company you want.
